SOLATECH CLEAN PRO PVC is designed for removing paints, varnishes, inks and adhesives. It is ideal for removing resins based on urethanes, polyurethanes, isocyanates, acrylates, epoxies, alkyds and polyesters, as well as products made from them such as paints, inks or adhesives. It is used to remove a wide range of coatings, single-component systems, heat-cured systems and even UV-polymerized systems before polymerization is completed. It is also suitable for thinning and removing silicone oils, which is especially useful for surfaces prepared for further coating or painting. It is also excellent for cleaning surfaces prior to electrochemical treatment.

SOLATECH CLEAN PRO PVC is an excellent choice for thinning, removing and cleaning liquid screen-printing inks and serves as a replacement for hazardous acetone-based thinners. Thanks to its low carbon footprint (VOC) of only 0.79, it provides a more environmentally friendly solution without compromising effectiveness.


Instructions for use:

SOLATECH CLEAN PRO PVC is used pure and cold. Cleaning of individual parts can be performed manually, with a brush, by soaking or rinsing and flushing systems, by spraying, immersion and agitation, or in an ultrasonic cleaning bath at temperatures up to 30 °C with frequencies of 25 or 40 Hz. The cleaning time of surfaces depends on the thickness and degree of polymerization of the layer to be removed. SOLATECH CLEAN PRO PVC can remove thin coatings with a thickness of 5–500 µm within 0.3 to 3 minutes. In the case of multiple layers, the cleaning time increases, typically to 5 minutes or more depending on the number of layers. Its use does not require investment in expensive washing lines or additional safety measures.
