SOLATECH NANO Long Protect is a nanopolymer hydrophobic protection for solar and photovoltaic panels designed for high- and medium-pressure applications. It creates an invisible hydrophobic layer on the surface that protects against water, airborne dust and sand, pollen, atmospheric pollution, oily road film, contamination from birds and insects, and mineral deposits. A treated panel becomes essentially self-cleaning – thanks to the invisible nano layer, all impurities are carried away by water droplets during rainfall and simply run off the surface. Due to its self-cleaning effect, SOLATECH NANO Long Protect significantly increases panel performance. It guarantees 100% light transmission.

Instructions for use:

SOLATECH NANO Long Protect should be applied to a clean and degreased surface (transport wax must be removed). Clean contaminated surfaces using SOLATECH NANO Clean and Shield and allow to dry. Always stir thoroughly before use! Do not apply SOLATECH NANO Long Protect to hot surfaces! Place the concentrate of SOLATECH NANO Long Protect into the detergent suction system of the high-pressure washer. We recommend a 5% solution at the nozzle outlet – set the suction rate on the high-pressure device to 5% or to maximum. Pour SOLATECH NANO Long Protect into the detergent tank or place the suction hose directly into the product container. We do not recommend suction before the pump. Adjust the high-pressure device for application with suction and spray evenly onto the surface (white marks may appear). Switch to high pressure and work the protection into the surface with a high-pressure water jet (the marks will be compacted and form a smooth protective film), then allow to dry. Due to the wide variety of surfaces, we recommend performing a compatibility test on the surface finish before full application.
