    SOLATECH NANO Clean and Shield is a special non-foaming cleaner for PV and solar panels with a protective nano-wax layer against contamination. It removes dirt such as pollen, dust, bird droppings, wax residue from bees, road film, grease, combustion deposits and sand. It leaves no streaks after rinsing. In a single step, it cleans, restores weathered surfaces and at the same time applies a protective nano-wax film, which polymerizes into an antistatic final surface. This increases surface smoothness and prevents dirt from adhering, thereby improving the power output of the panels. Ideal for surface preparation before applying additional protections such as SOLATECH NANO.

    Instructions for use:

    Before application, always rinse the surface with clean water using a high-pressure washer to remove loose and coarse dirt, which will also cool the surface. Then apply the product SOLATECH NANO Clean and Shield. Set the suction rate on the high-pressure device to 5% or to maximum. Pour the product into the detergent tank or place the suction hose directly into the product container. Adjust the high-pressure washer for application with detergent suction. Spray evenly onto the surface and allow to act for a short time – do not let it dry! During the first cleaning, loosen stubborn dirt or transport wax using a soft brush. Then switch the high-pressure device to pressure washing mode and rinse off the dirt. Using a warm solution (up to +60 °C) will significantly increase the effectiveness of the product. If necessary, repeat the procedure. To further enhance surface protection, apply SOLATECH NANO Long Protect for maximum panel performance. Due to the wide variety of surfaces, we recommend performing a compatibility test on the surface finish before full application.
